At Blue Bungalow, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
